Kingdom Property Agents has worked out of Katherine Road since 2014. We are a small, independent team, which means when you call you speak to someone who has actually walked the road, met the neighbours and knows what a home nearby recently went for.

How do I book a valuation?
Call the office on 020 8821 0287 or email us and we will arrange a time to visit the property. We will talk you through what it could achieve to sell or to let, and there is no obligation to go ahead.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based on Katherine Road in East Ham and work across the London Borough of Newham, including West Ham, Upton Park, Forest Gate, Plaistow and Manor Park. If your property is a little further out, ask us anyway.
Are you regulated?
Yes. Kingdom Property Agents Ltd is a member of The Property Ombudsman, the government-approved redress scheme for estate and letting agents, so your transaction is covered by an independent complaints process.
What does it cost to sell or let with you?
Fees depend on the property and the level of service you need, from finding a tenant only through to full management. We will quote you clearly before you commit, with nothing hidden. Ask us for a figure when you call.
I am a landlord. Can you manage the property for me?
Yes. Alongside finding tenants we offer property management, which covers rent collection, repairs, inspections and renewals, so you can hand the day-to-day over to us. Tell us how involved you want to be and we will fit around it.
